Where is training delivered?

On site at your offices in Nairobi and across East Africa, at a venue we arrange, or live online for distributed teams.

Can the content be tailored?

Yes. Every programme is adapted to your sector, your tools and, where allowed, your own anonymised data.

How big is a cohort?

We recommend 12 to 20 people so everyone gets hands-on time and individual feedback.

Do participants get certificates?

Yes. Participants who complete the assessment and project receive a SIGMA BROOKS certificate of competence.

What level do people need to start?

Leadership and GenAI tracks need no technical background. Technical tracks start with a short skills check so cohorts are well matched.

How is pricing structured?

Programmes are priced per cohort and agreed after a free scoping call, so you know the full cost up front.

What happens after the training?
